CreateSpace
CreateSpace is a site that is operated by Amazon were they favor independent filmmakers and longer original video content. If you are an independent filmmaker or YouTuber you may want to check Create Space out and figure out a way to monetize your Amazon account items with the videos on Create Space.

Blip.tv
Blip.tv is a site for users to upload videos that they are creating on a daily basis. The best part about Blip.tv is that users have more control over advertisements. You can choose what ads play on your videos and where to play them.

Atom Films
Atom Films is a subsidiary of MTV. MTV are lookin for videos that are edgy, engaging, enthusiastic, and visually stands out. They are seeking videos that they the MTV young adult and youth market. They are not looking for vlogs or general chat videos.

DailyMotion
DailyMotion is a force to be reckoned with as they generate 190 million site visitors a month. They are also opening their partnership program internationally. Opening up the international platform will indeed make them competitive. They pay users once you generate $100 or more by the quarter or every season only 4 times a year.
